10 Minute CrossFit Workout for Beginners

No doubt, the best way to get your CrossFit WOD is to join your local CrossFit box, but if you want to sneak in a workout with an essence of CrossFit into your workout routines, here is the perfect plan for you. 

Perform each exercise without rest. Take a minimum rest after you complete a set. Perform as many sets as you can in 10 minutes.  

  1. Body Weight Squat - 10 reps / 3-5 sets
  2. Floor Crunch - 10 reps / 3-5 sets
  3. Regular Push-Ups  - 10 reps / 3-5 sets

This 10-minute CrossFit inspired workout consists of just 3 body weight exercises. Since it's short and doable anywhere, you can easily get it in during your lunch break or before Happy Hour.
